In line with guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England, and in order to protect the health of school students, teachers and our staff, we have made the decision to cancel all school, college and university visits and workshops planned for the foreseeable future.
Please check our social media channels for the latest updates on our organisational activity and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are able to facilitate group bookings again.
We support formal and informal education and diverse community groups by working with early years settings, schools, colleges, universities, teachers and local services; facilitating group visits, developing learning resources, offering artist-led workshops and providing professional development opportunities.
Our collection and exhibition programme offers a unique learning experience for children, young people and community groups. Where possible please book your visit at least one month in advance.
If you wish to plan a visit for your social/recreational group (e.g. family outings, NADFAS, WI, etc.) please book via our Group and Private Tours page.
Please use the following forms to support your visit:
- Group Booking – Details on a range of options, including self-guided visits and artist-led workshops. Please complete the form and we will confirm your booking as soon as possible.
- Risk Assessment – You can download our sample Risk Assessment form to support your visit planning.
Our Safeguarding Policy is available upon request.
