Hiring: Head of Marketing and Audience Development (Part Time, Maternity Cover)

Towner Eastbourne is seeking a highly organised marketing professional with excellent written and interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail for a maternity cover job share of 3 days a week. You must possess the ability to work strategically while simultaneously carrying out task-focused work collaboratively in a small marketing team. You will ideally have experience of working in the arts industry, although we would also welcome applications from those who can demonstrate they possess transferable skills, abilities and experience gained from different sectors. You will devise and deliver marketing and audience development strategies across all of Towner’s programme delivering key messages to audiences, participants and stakeholders through a wide range of marketing and communication channels.
