Half term fun at Towner

Posted on 24/10/2019

There’s plenty to do at Towner this autumn half term. In the Towner Cinema there will be a special screening of Adventure Boyz on 27 October. Shot in and around Eastbourne, the film follows two boys who are determined to prove their father’s innocence when he is accused of stealing valuable diamonds.

This is followed on 28 October by a Halloween screening of Frankenweenie, Tim Burton’s PG-rated homage to classic horror movies, lovingly brought to life through handcrafted stop motion animation.

Elsewhere in the gallery, Towner’s interactive sensory space, Fuse Box, will be open with a new look throughout gallery hours. Meanwhile, on 29–31 October there will be drop-in creative fun in Art Box, exploring drawing and sculpture, free and perfect for all ages.

Top this off with the special children’s menu in the Towner Cafe and it’s easy to enjoy a full day out with all the family!
