The Bloomsbury Paintings in Berwick Church

The dramatised and illustrated story of the commission and making of the Bloomsbury paintings at the rural church of St Michael and All Angels, Berwick. Devised from original material by Revd. Peter Blee, Mary Sitwell and Linda Hallums.
Recently performed at the Royal Institution in London to launch the Berwick (Sussex) Conservation Trust, which was set up to fundraise for the conservation of the Bloomsbury paintings in Berwick Church, in addition to extensive capital works and a wide programme of activities and events.
There will be privileged access to the archive collection of the preparatory paintings for the decorative scheme held in the Towner collection.
