Annis Joslin is an artist and filmmaker with a dual commitment to educational work, participatory arts practice and creative output. She makes films and documentaries for galleries, museums and non-gallery sites and situations. Following an MA fellowship at Chelsea College of Arts she has been keen to work with key institutions as well as being rooted in the real world of education and community settings. As an artist educator with over 15 years experience she works across a range of processes and approaches to from mark-making, to photography, collage to performance and installation.
She is also Lead Artist at Project Artworks, Hastings and has worked with and exhibited at The Royal College of Physicians, The British Museum, The Women’s Library, London, The National Trust, Glyndebourne, The Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, Brighton Photo Biennial, Photoworks and Lighthouse in Brighton. annisjoslin.co.uk
